Former NY Giant and Hall of Fame Linebacker Lawrence Taylor is reportedly apart of the new cast for ABC's "Dancing with the Stars".
The rumors began when actor Ashton Kutcher's twitter feed read, "Just met LT, the old school, Lawrence Taylor. Expect to see him in prime time soon. Can't say where, but he better work on his foot work."
If these rumors are true, then Taylor would join the likes of fellow NFLers Emmitt Smith, Jerry Rice, Jason Taylor and Warren Sapp as contestants on the show. Or perhaps we've just been punk'd. The new cast will be revealed on Sunday so stay tuned.
(UPDATE): It has been confirmed, Former NY Giants Superstar Lawrence Taylor will join, olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson, computer guru Steve Wozniak, singers Belinda Carlisle, Chuck Wicks, Lil' Kim, Denise Richards, David Alan Grier and Gilles Marini, Steve-O of MTV's "Wildboyz", husband and wife duo Jewel and Ty Murray and TV host Nancy O'Dell.
"Dancing with the Stars" returns for its eighth season March 9 with a two-hour episode.
