The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have the most cap money available (approximately $61-Mil.) but have yet to make a huge splash in free agency, they traded for TE Kellen Winslow, but missed out on DT Albert Haynesworth and LB Jonathan Vilma.
The Buccaneers have finally signed a free agent, but it is not likely to get the fans excited. The Bucs have brought back 2008 special teams captain S Will Allen re-signing the veteran backup to a one-year contract that will pay about $1.83-Million but has a maximum value of $2.35-Million.
There may be hope for Bucs fans on the free agent front as DT Colin Cole is said to be close to signing with the team and WR T.J. Houshmanzadeh is visiting Tampa on Sunday.
