Titans head coach Jeff Fischer informed QB Kerry Collins that he was added to the pro bowl roster as a replacement for Brett Favre last week, he also told him he would be returning as the Starter in '09.
Collins is set to become a free agent, but preliminary talks of a contract extension will begin soon, as nothing more than a philosophical discussions have taken place yet between Collins' representatives and GM Mike Reinfeldt .
Fischer made a public announcement saying that Collins earned the starter spot based on this season performance. This means former first round pick QB Vince Young will become the back-up, but promises to have a good attitude regarding this news.
