Carlos Dansby Goes to France

Cardinals inside linebacker Karlos Dansby has hired his new agent, Todd France. Dansby reportedly considered Eugene Parker and several other agents before making his decision. Dansby's former agent Kirk Wood was fired 10 days ago. Dansby and France were not available for comment.

The Cardinals and Wood were in negotiations for a long-term deal for Dansby. In interviews, the Cardinals linebacker has denied that Wood was on the verge of striking a deal with Cardinals management. Wood had represented Dansby ever since he entered the league out of Auburn.
